Responsabilities Employee Experience Specialist

  • Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, IT support, and other internal services.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires and manage offboarding procedures to ensure a positive employee lifecycle experience.
  • Data Integrity & Auditing: Maintain accurate employee records, perform regular data audits, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Payroll, IT, and HR Business Partners to resolve employee issues efficiently and provide comprehensive support.
  • Process Improvement: Gather feedback from employees, analyze trends, and propose innovative solutions to improve HR service delivery and overall employee satisfaction.
  • Case Management: Utilize HR systems to log, track, and follow up on employee cases, ensuring timely resolution and proper closure.
  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Uphold a high standard of confidentiality when handling sensitive information and ensure adherence to SOX processes and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements Employee Experience Specialist

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR service or employee success role, preferably within a shared services environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Advanced level of English, both written and verbal. (+C1)
  • Proficiency with HR management systems and tools (experience with Salesforce platforms is a plus).
  • Familiarity with common office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience working in a culturally diverse environment, particularly within LATAM.
