We are seeking a Tech Talent Acquisition for our Talent department. Your goal will be to develop and lead an effective recruitment strategy, focused on identifying and attracting high-quality talent within the technology industry, aligned with Hakuna's culture and values. This role is key to ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding process from initial search to full employee integration, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and meeting the strategic objectives of the Talent department.
Responsabilities Tech Talent Acquisition
- Identify and attract specialized talent in the Tech industry (Product Designers, UX/UI Designers, Developers, DevOps, QA Analysts, and Project Managers, etc.) aligned with Hakuna's culture.
- Comprehensively manage the end-to-end recruitment process. From candidate identification to onboarding, including coordinating and following up on initial meetings to understand their adaptation to the new role.
- Maintain constant and direct communication with Hiring Managers and other relevant stakeholders, providing regular updates on the progress and results of the selection processes.
- Responsible for the constant update of the careers website, the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and LinkedIn Jobs postings.
- Effectively manage and use specialized job search portals such as Behance, Dribbble, Stack Overflow, GitHub, and LinkedIn to find highly qualified candidates.
- Track and analyze the area's semi-annual KPIs and OKRs to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make adjustments as needed.
- Create and deliver educational workshops to train and update Hiring Managers and other stakeholders on best practices and trends in recruitment.
- Drive innovation and continuously improve recruitment processes and metrics to increase the efficiency and dynamism of the area, adapting to the changing needs of the market and industry.
Requirements Tech Talent Acquisition
- Strong experience in recruiting tech profiles and end-to-end processes.
- English language proficiency. (Ability to communicate in the language, participate in meetings with native English speakers, and validate the English proficiency of candidates)
- Mastery of candidate search portals.
- Knowledge of selection metrics and indicators.
- Business-minded attitude.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Detail-oriented and goal-setter.
- Passionate about helping people.
- Interest in web research.
