Hakuna Professional Services is looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to oversee Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring solutions align with customers’ business workflows, and managing client relationships to deliver exceptional value.
This is a critical role that combines project management, business process analysis, and a commercial mindset to ensure Hakuna’s clients achieve their desired outcomes. As part of the Professional Services team, you will:
- Lead Salesforce implementation projects from discovery to deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, analyze requirements, and create tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Responsabilities Salesforce Project Manager
- Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and roadblocks.
- Work closely with clients to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and map business workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Translate customer needs into functional specifications for Salesforce configurations.
- Validate that implemented solutions align with client objectives and workflows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Understand clients’ strategic goals and ensure implementations support their long-term success.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, working closely with the sales team.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and outcomes.
Requirements Salesforce Project Manager
- Proven experience managing Salesforce or similar CRM implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Salesforce Admin credential is a plus
- Ability to analyze and document complex business workflows.
- Proficient in creating business process diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commercial mindset with experience identifying business opportunities and negotiating.
